Having built the white-collar crime and civil division at the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, Nicole was then selected for her skill and experience to build the major crimes division. During her tenure, she was directly involved with narcotics officers in the investigation and prosecution of large-scale narcotics offenses (multi-kilo cocaine, marijuana, meth and heroine cases). Nicole gained invaluable experience as the major crimes division chief where she prosecuted all major drug cases with first-degree felony amounts.
